We asked Property Owners One (1) Question. Below is the Question, and the Result.

Q: Do you support the exploration of a Property Owner Lawsuit to force the POA to release more detailed accounting records?

I want to put some guardrails on the above question. The question assumes the creation of a group of competent and level headed property owners (6 – 12 people?) that could act as the Organizing and Liason Group that could spearhead research, attorney vetting, and communication with the greater property owner community in order to keep everyone updated on developments, decisions that need to be made, onboarding people into any eventual litigation etc.
