Voting on the Creek 9 Golf Course Remodel has commenced. If passed it will tie up all of the discretionary funds within the community. Lake Petit Dam, located in Pickens County Georgia, was completed in 1972. The Permitted & Listed Owner of the Dam is currently shown to be the Big Canoe Corporation. An emergency inspection of the dam was just scheduled due to unexplained seepage. […]
